As a first time patient/visitor, I took everything in with the intent of hoping to find a new dental home after moving to Ashland awhile back. Everything was as good as the unanimous 5 star ratings indicated. From the friendly reception area folks to the support staff to Dr Burneson, it was a friendly (despite my hearing deficiency!! 😁🤷♂️) and extremely positive experience. Thanks folks!! I appreciate your hard work, all done with a helpful and great attitude. It really counts these days!

Dr. James Burneson and his staff are amazing in the way they care and connect with patients. Not only do they have a good sense of humor, but great skills and very helpful information in terms of my situation that I am going through with my teeth. I could not ask for anyone who is more thorough or more caring or more professional while having a great attitude! Highly recommend!!! If you want to have success with your teeth and a great time being cared for, this is the place to come! I am so very grateful!

This was my first visit and I am duly impressed. Everyone was fabulous. Dr. Burneson spent part of the day dressed as a MOLAR WITH A GOLD CROWN and dancing outside the office. Nice to see the boss do that.
I was handed over to Traci who took pictures and X-rays and then Jill who cleaned my teeth. I’ve been lucky to always have great dentists. But my teeth have never been so thoroughly cleaned by anyone.
Also signed up for the Adult Dental Care package which is a very good deal for me.

Dr. Burneson was absolutely wonderful! Funny and knowledgeable; he gave me insights into my dental health that no other dentist has ever provided me. Erica was kind and helpful. So much flossing space now – thank you Sally!! Be sure to get the lip balm 10/10 :))))

Dr. B and Brit were very supportive throughout a challenging procedure. They showed up with competence and confidence, and I had full trust in them. They were kind and patient – answered all my questions, gave me breaks when I needed it, offered encouraging words, and a blanket for comfort. Highly recommend!
